I recorded this album live in a sacred ceremony and it is a love letter to the sacred plants of the Amazon. In this record, I honor the music of many brilliant healers and facilitators such as Arthur Mena, Don Francisco, Diego Palma, and Amu Ahava, along with several traditional medicine songs, icaros, from various indigenous traditions along with Indian devotional music from my own lineage.
